This email will serve as my testimonial to why I ALWAYS use 

McKinnon Appraisal Associates, LLC.

It was by mistake that I first contacted Kathy to do an appraisal for my

 personal residence about 3 years ago.  I was refinancing and there is

 another McKinnon in town (well known) working in the Historic districts

 doing appraisals.  Turns out they are not even related but everything 

happens for a reason I believe and Kathy completed my appraisal on time,

 was a pleasure to work with and she was courteous and professional and

 I believe personally that to find a good if not great appraiser is kin

 to finding a great barber or hairstylist maybe even a good dentist. 

 If they are great, you got lucky and should stick with them.  Well now

 I have Posey and Francie who are just as fabulous as Kathy.....I can

 choose from anyone of them and know that I will be served as one is 

served at a frequented fine restaurant.  I love the McKinnon team and 

they are part of my team and make my world go around.
